Everyone here is so welcoming and willing to help! I actually enjoy going into the office now as they have tons of snacks, drinks and free lunch. They really care about their team here and I appreciate the open communication from all levels. Everyone has the ability to share their ideas and make a real impact. There's also an emphasis on career development and promoting from within which can be hard to find!

- The people here are genuinely talented and hardworking, but what stands out most is how kind and supportive everyone is toward each other. - Engineering operates on a first-principles mindset rather than resorting to cargo culting - Work-life balance is solid for individual contributors, and it doesn't come at the cost of growth. From what I've heard, this holds true across multiple teams. - Compensation is ok

Cons: - Internal processes and standardization still have a lot of room to mature — not unusual for a fast-growing company, but noticeable. - Lots of internal knowledges related to work are centralized in person-to-person and documentation are few and far between

Everyone is helpful and it is easy to communicate amongst the team. When I've asked for resources or suggested alternate ways of handling tasks, projects, issues, etc., I have been provided what I've needed.
