Pros

NinjaOne has been a great place to work as a QA. I’ve experienced fast professional growth, and contributions are recognized and valued. The company creates an environment where people are encouraged to take ownership and make an impact. One of the best aspects is the team culture. I’ve worked with supportive colleagues and leadership that genuinely care about employees and their well-being. The company is very people-focused, which creates a positive and collaborative work environment. I also appreciate how organized the company is around objectives and results, while still being open to listening to new ideas and proposals. There is a strong culture of continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to grow, learn new skills, and drive their own initiatives to improve how we work.

Cons

As a fast-growing company, priorities can sometimes shift quickly, but it also creates many opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros

The core product and technology are genuinely interesting and market-leading. Some great, talented peers on the ground-level teams who are all trying to support one another through the workload.

Cons

Extra tasks and responsibilities are constantly added to your plate under the guise of "career development" and promises of future promotion. In reality, these promises rarely materialize, and it feels more like a tactic to extract extra labor. The baseline KPIs are already set unreasonably high—achieving them practically requires working past standard hours. When you add the extra "growth" tasks on top of that, maintaining any semblance of work-life balance becomes impossible. The management style tends toward the toxic side when under pressure. If you struggle to meet the unrealistic KPIs because you are drowning in the extra tasks they assigned you, the response is micromanagement and blame rather than support or prioritization.

Pros

I joined NinjaOne as a Software Engineer and I am now an Engineering Manager. It is a place where you can truly grow professionally, as they always try to look for existing talent within the company before searching externally. With a collaborative environment and a flat structure, at NinjaOne you can feel that everyone shares a clear goal: to improve day by day and make NinjaOne a more competitive company with a better product.

Cons

I can’t point to any particular negative aspect, or at least I personally haven’t experienced any situation that I would describe as a downside of the company. The workload is high, the pace is fast, and the challenges keep becoming more complex, but I do not see that as a negative. If anything, it can be a positive environment for people who enjoy new challenges and solving new problems.
