The leadership team is transparent, accessible, and genuinely invested in your growth. The partner ecosystem here is thriving, which means I get to work with incredible organizations and build meaningful, long-term relationships that drive real results. The culture is collaborative without being competitive in a toxic way. Everyone wants each other to win. There's a strong sense of purpose in what we're building, and the energy on the team is contagious. The product sells itself, which makes my job as a partner-facing role so much more rewarding — customers and partners love it. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there are real opportunities for advancement. I've grown more in this role than in years at previous companies.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, things move fast. If you're not comfortable with ambiguity or change, it can feel overwhelming at times. Processes are still maturing in some areas, but the company is actively working to address that. It's the kind of growing pain you'd expect from a rocket ship.
