      -Managers care about themselves -Favoritism to guys -Managers don’t help you -They lie when u ask about anything that don’t benefit them -Not alot hit quota -rude managers who gossip about employees - not set up to succeed and they do nothing to help you -Training is watching videos for a week facts -Hiring SDRS every week because they make more money -Your disposable they don’t care -Culture is not good -If you want to hate your job and be ignored by bad managers this is the place for you

      Pros

      The top two pros I see working at NinjaOne are equality and growth. I enjoy going to work everyday because no matter your background, you’ll get treated the same as the coworker next to you. As a first time sdr I thought becoming an account executive would take years, but after expressing this thought to leadership, they outlined the path to a promotion. After 12 months in the sdr role, I was promoted to account executive and couldn’t have done it without the Ninja leaders. Growth here is very possibly and highly encouraged. I recommend applying here if you want to be apart of a accepting culture and company that values everyone’s inputs and goals.

      some micromanaging, top performers look down non the rest, high unattainable quota, high kpis, Distrust of HR and leadership
