Pros

- The office has snacks if you go into the. office - You make friends commiserating with the other reps

Cons

-You are set up to fail unless you are a man and get along with the good ole boys right away, they'll set aside and give you all the good leads for outbound and call for you to help you hit quota while everyone else and the girls are left scrambling (while being told "come on girls, we need girl power, beat the boys!") -If you're disabled, you will be harrassed about being sick or doctor's appointments or just outright forced to disclose your disability so that you can take care of your own health without being guilted and threatened. -Training is completely nonexistent, they give you access to DropBox and some Udemy learning courses and tell you good luck and after a week you start trying to navigate their spam filled Salesforce accounts and hit an insanely high quota of 25 outbound a month. -The inbound team is hitting 60+ demos a month when all of the outbound reps are repeatedly on PIP and expressing how many issues they have, but it all fall on deaf ears. -You are not valued or listened to, they implement no changes brought up by reps and most issues are actually hidden by the manager so they don't look bad to higher ups. -There is 0 sales ops to help outbound reps deal with flooded accounts with spam and invalid contacts, the reps don't even all have even access to ZoomInfo. They only give that to some reps to help them out, others are left on their own. -They claim to be against hustle culture, but I had senior reps constantly saying you can't take sick time or PTO and you need to be working 3 extra hours every day to clean your data in order to hit quota. -There is ZERO communication between middle management, senior management, and the top leadership. And it's very much on purpose by the senior management. They've had people go over their head due to avoiding issues or outright not handling things they've been made aware of multiple times.
