      decent working space, nice colleagues and friendly management.

      the took the US model and the applied it in the european HQ as well, as a result, expectations and targets are the same despite of having different markets and cultures which leads to the problem that some markets are always overperforming and other ones always underperforming.

      friendly work environment, young people , dogs allowed in the office, food offers for 3 days per week, pink pong gaming room, It mentality, really nice to work here.

      i would say that the salary range for Germany needs to be increased to reach the market level
