Pros

great way to start off your tech sales career, i guess, because they'll literally employ anyone. other than that i guess the product is actually good.

Cons

- VERY saturated market - essentially a big calling center - SDR management is absolutely incompetent. most managers will never pick up the phone themselves, but will tell you "you SHOULD HAVE said this on the call". maybe lead by example? - pay is lower than the industry standard. 50k base for a non-remote job is a joke nowadays.

Pros

Great atmosphere , employees very kind and friendly, free lunch and snacks, great lay back culture

Cons

New Management disconnected of this culture, implementing their old corporate structure. A lot of stress at the end of the month, every month. Management don't have a oversight , they can do whatever they want, lay off new employees quickly and they control scores . company in hyper growth and employees are quitting, every month they want more goals and they don't have a clue about the international market. Customer are upset about the account management change constantly causing a discomfort of customers. Customer are canceling contracts every day. "Such a hurry to build and they are forgetting the support"
