Pros

After losing my job during the pandemic, Ninja gave me the opportunity to come work for them when a lot of places were not hiring. I had never worked in IT before and they trained me and instantly made me feel welcome. I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or for help because the management team is on your side and the team overall wants success for each other. I've made so many lifelong friends here. It's also exciting to work with a quality product that you really believe in. Watching Ninja grow has been fun. - Perfect work-life balance - Leadership team who wants you to succeed - VERY fair pay

Pros

-Great people, pay and systems that set you up to succeed! -Ninja has been one of the most pleasant companies to work for- Nice people/ Little-No stress day to day. They give you tools that you'd need to find great contacts. It makes the job WAY easier. Access to multiple great tools. -Knowledgeable people that guide you step by step starting off. If you're capable of working without having to be micromanaged, this might be the place for you.- You have people available at all times if you have questions and will be given training for as long as you need!

Cons

I have only good things to say about my time here. 2 years in and I don't plan on going anywhere.

Pros

-Some nice colleagues -Awesome product -Was remote when I was there -I was super excited and felt like this was going to be a positive experience...sadly NO

Cons

-Was told this (after hire) “this isn’t an 8-5, we are salary” They didn’t pay enough for me to work outside those hours lmao and the person who said it from what I hear is “not all there” he would always ask “did you do scrubbing this weekend?!” Ummm HECK NOOOO I have a LIFE -Leads are ancient and ice cold -Inappropriate communication with managers/lying/distrustful -HR refused to mail equipment and you have to go out of your way unpaid to set everything up. -Try to add you to Facebook but not LinkedIn -Really poor lead generation (harassing some customers over and over again) -Does not have set training, you are left to your own devices. *Tbh I think your experience here depends what department you are in...I do know people who love it here...just was a nightmare for me!
