      Pros

      Fair compensation, lots of fun perks, fairly open executive management, they do a better job than most at taking care of their employees.

      Cons

      Inclusive if you fit what they think inclusive looks like, you will work a lot of hours, some very young and inexperienced people setting product architecture, benefits are average.

      Pros

      I've been at NinjaOne for just under two years now and it is, by far, the best organisation I have worked for. Not only is the culture amazing, but there is always a helping hand. Whether that is your co-worker, Manager, or even the Director, everyone works together, shares their thoughts and is heard. Career progression is also amazing. Not only have I levelled up as an SDR, which increased compensation, but I now have started a new role within NinjaOne, which I would never have dreamed of before working here. Can't praise the company and people enough!

      Cons

      There is nothing that I would consider a "con" at NinjaOne.
