Pros

If you like F1 motorsports you'll never stop hearing about it here.

Cons

Company has a blame first culture; any problems in management, communication, workload, or any other area will be immediately blamed on the employee if it becomes an issue. Frequent firings and use of performance improvement plans and veiled threats to put pressure on employees. Remuneration never increases; you will endlessly see sales and revenue statistics, NinjaOne partnerships and advertising in places like wall street or times square, but salary increases will never meet any inflation or CPI index. You'll be lucky to have an increase enough for one additional meal per month. Engineering processes and are all mismanaged and miscommunicated. Projects will be over-promised and workload will all be pushed onto the employees, with extreme pressure to take on more roles and deliver multiple jobs worth of work. Role creep will never end; there is constant pressure to meet deadlines through unpaid overtime, to take on more roles and fill gaps that management haven't hired for, and no consideration for burn out.

Pros

NinjaOne is the kind of company that actually lives its values and as a Senior Partner Manager, I feel that every single day. The leadership team is transparent, accessible, and genuinely invested in your growth. The partner ecosystem here is thriving, which means I get to work with incredible organizations and build meaningful, long-term relationships that drive real results. The culture is collaborative without being competitive in a toxic way. Everyone wants each other to win. There's a strong sense of purpose in what we're building, and the energy on the team is contagious. The product sells itself, which makes my job as a partner-facing role so much more rewarding — customers and partners love it. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there are real opportunities for advancement. I've grown more in this role than in years at previous companies.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, things move fast. If you're not comfortable with ambiguity or change, it can feel overwhelming at times. Processes are still maturing in some areas, but the company is actively working to address that. It's the kind of growing pain you'd expect from a rocket ship.

Pros

From a sales perspective, the company delivers on its promises reps consistently hit (and exceed) their OTE due to a combination of strong demand, a compelling value proposition, and a product that truly resonates in the market. NinjaOne’s platform is intuitive, reliable, and solves real problems for customers, making it easier to build pipeline and close business. Overall, it’s an environment where hard work is rewarded, success is achievable, and the culture makes it enjoyable to come in and win with your team.

Cons

With strong performance expectations and a high-achieving culture, the environment can be demanding at times. Success here requires consistency, ownership, and a proactive mindset. Additionally, due to the company’s growth, resources and internal alignment can occasionally lag behind demand, but this is also part of what creates opportunity for those willing to step up and help shape the organization.
