Great atmosphere , employees very kind and friendly, free lunch and snacks, great lay back culture

Cons

New Management disconnected of this culture, implementing their old corporate structure. A lot of stress at the end of the month, every month. Management don't have a oversight , they can do whatever they want, lay off new employees quickly and they control scores . company in hyper growth and employees are quitting, every month they want more goals and they don't have a clue about the international market. Customer are upset about the account management change constantly causing a discomfort of customers. Customer are canceling contracts every day. "Such a hurry to build and they are forgetting the support"

Great culture, cool Austin office, higher ups / executives at the company aren't pretentious and treat everyone equally, managers (in my experience) treat you like a human before an employee and are very understanding that life happens outside of work

Cons

Typical cons of hyper-growth, some miscommunications between departments, lots of faces rotating in and out
