- good work life balance - awesome office culture - opportunity to grow (if you are good) - free lunch - pay is pretty good for an sdr - management/enablement is awesome

Cons

- growth in the company has become very difficult - no equity/401k matching - difficult quotas - outbound kpis are high - they slowly have made things more and more difficult for sdrs
