      Pros

      NinjaOne has grown so much since I first started, yet it hasn't lost its culture. I work with such incredible people at every level. Management gives you every opportunity to grow, learn, and achieve your goals. The Executive level is very accessible and always willing to listen to ideas. I can't say enough great things about this company. There are very few places that give you the opportunity to truly advance your career, be surrounded by experts, and that have the type of 'team' dynamic that truly feels like a team. I'm so fortunate to work for NinjaOne and would give them a 10/10 every single time.

      There's not much to say in terms of cons. I haven't come across any real negatives here.
