      Pros

      The company has an incredibly collaborative and transparent culture where everyone’s input is valued. Work-life balance is genuinely respected, which has allowed me to grow not just professionally but personally over the past six years. Leadership is efficient, approachable, and focused on results without micromanagement. There are strong opportunities for career growth, and I’ve been supported through major milestones in my life.

      Cons

      There’s always room for improvement, especially in how we continue evolving our processes and learning from past challenges. Sometimes, the desire to do things right can slow decision-making, but it comes from a good place.

      Pros

      I have nothing but good to say about my 5 years at NinjaOne. No place is perfect but NinjaOne is full of very talented, hard-working, kind people. The company has grown exponentially in 5 years. I work remotely and have unlimited PTO and a lot of flexibility that has allowed me to be there for family when I need to be.

      Cons

      Any company that grows is going to have growing pains and lose some of the culture. NinjaOne has done a great job of maintaining a great company culture, but one small complaint I have is the celebration of people working long hours and weekends. Yes, hard work should be celebrated and most every job requires some extra hours in emergencies or urgent situations, but celebrating night/weekend work needs to be balanced with encouraging employees to make time for family and friends and to maintain mental wellness.
