I absolutely love my team and the company culture! I quickly adapted to the environment, and everyone here is approachable and open to questions without hesitation. Plus, getting lunch provided every day is a fantastic perk, and the work-from-home Wednesdays are a definite bonus!

Cons

The CSM role has undergone significant changes, which have also impacted the compensation plan. Achieving your OTE has become much more challenging, and the pay here isn’t particularly competitive.

I've been working here for 3 years. All the employees are great to work with. They have a great company culture and relaxed environment. It's the only place I worked for that I didn't dread coming in.

Not a bad work schedule.

Cons

The management culture in the AM division felt extremely toxic and unsupportive. It seemed that successes were often overlooked, and communication from management was sometimes misleading. It was also felt that managers were not adequately equipped to assist with problems.
