Customer Success VP has a god complex. Thinks he has all the right answers and is full of false promises. We feel most management is just trying to coast until they can cash out with stock. Trying not to cause any waves in fear of losing out on a giant payday. No career path or room for promotions even though been promising it’s coming for years. The better the company does the more they change the comp plan to make it harder to hit OTE goals. Too many accounts per AM partly due to the high turnover.
