      Pros

      I am so grateful every day that I found NinjaOne. The company vision and where it's going and how its growing is so refreshing and encouraging. They truly do care about the companies ethics and its employees. With unlimited PTO and working from home they really get how to keep their employees happy and great work life balance. Everyone is respectful and respected and you are never afraid to ask questions.

      Great working environment and culture. Everybody at Ninja is exceptional at what they do and always willing to help each other. I worked at 3 companies prior to joining Ninja, I would not choose to work anywhere else.

      I've worked for NinjaOne for a little over a year now and from the very start of my time with NinjaOne, it was clear that they put the well being of their employees first. Flexible work schedules, catered lunch in the office, employee appreciation & recognition, the list goes on. The leadership team ensure that everyone in the company has a voice and their ideas & recommendations are are heard. If you are looking for a place to work that constantly challenges you, allows you to think outside the box, and grow as a professional, then NinjaOne is the place for you.

      Cons

      Monthly sales quotas can be a bit stressful at first but after the first few months you learn to navigate through the intensity and learn to appreciate the energy throughout the sales floor during the end of the month.
