Pros

Everyone at NinjaOne feels like the same team. We're all working to make the company and one another better. I've really never experienced a team that works like this, and THAT is what makes the culture at NinjaOne so different. No one has an ego, we're all genuinely working together to do awesome work. It also makes it an easy place to get things done. Leaders are agile and quick to help remove blockers so you can get things done quickly and make a difference.

Cons

With any startup, tools aren't always as accessible as other companies, but leadership is actively working to change that.
