Pros
Very casual atmosphere in the office. Even the manager has humour and is really easy going.
Cons
The sub manager is the only one who knows everything, so the entire work depends on her. Things in the office are set up in the exact way she likes, and she is not open for any changes or ideas coming from other staffs. Whatever you do is judged and screened by her, there is no space for creativity and it demotivates everyone. No meetings among team members taken place. No salary negotiation is possible. Japanese way of ‘you come to work, even if you are sick’ is appreciated. HR does absolutely NO WORK. They do not inform staffs in advance about the ending of their contracts. Their renewed contract came one week after, and HR do not prompt any personal meetings. It is a joke that they get paid for their job.
