Had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in Automotive Sector namely DAIMLER, RENAULT-NISSAN and ISUZU MOTORS. Was a wonderful learning experience where in I got to understand the planning part involved in logistics from client perspective. Very friendly co worker and good working culture & environment.

Cons

Management needs to introduce more technology and IT for operations coordination and tracking. Better hikes for employees if performance has been good.

Cons

low pay, no training, no prospect of growth, Only low skill, low motivated staff left that are only happy to paddle along till they retire.
