Pros

2 week shutdown and lots of holidays

Cons

Not enough break time ( you only get 10 minutes break. You should be given 15 minutes) Lunch breaks should be 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes. ( We got 45 minutes when plant opened in 2003 now it's just 30 minutes) 4 pto hours per month( should be 8 hours a month. We are working harder 💪 than we use to. They think are robots instead of humans. Some of the supervisors are too strict they throw their weight around just because I'm the leader. Some of them need to go back to class to learn how to treat others. They do not pay the suppliers that work for Nissan enough money. Suppliers should not make 15 less than Nissan when you work in same building and work just as hard or harder than a Nissan worker does.((discrimination) Bathroom breaks are ridiculous ( rules since 2003) it's 2026 people have to use the bathroom. Management uses the bathroom when they have to but workers need to wait or bring a doctor excuse.
