      Nixon is a family run business passed down from father to his sons, the company's CORE PURPOSE ( To grow and create opportunities that enrich each others lives. ) and CORE VAALUES ( Respect each other-Give your best- Deliver on commitments - Act safely - Do the right thing) are practiced company wide.

      Cons

      Advancement is possible, but it may take a while. Associate turnover is low, that's what happens when working at great company.
