      There is a heavy weight placed on quality and the employee. Family owned and it shows. Growing based on its success which is opening up huge promotion opportunities for deserving employees.

      Cons

      Long hours and demanding performance goals, however your hard work is rewarded. A lot of micromanaging in the sales departments however it does prove successful.
