      Pros

      I had an interview recently and the feedback received was very upsetting. I can only think the person interviewing has no education whatsoever or very poor. She must not be allowed to interview people, thinks very high of herself concentrating on negativity rather than seeing how can you contribute to the position. I couldn’t wait to be out of the room, very negative energy.

      The other person in the room was very nice ( could sense fear, barely was involved within the interview process).

      The shift managers were really good both understanding and trying to help and support workers.

      Cons

      Senior team the GM has no understanding and how to support. Not approachable just talking down to everyone all the time. Other management not supportive.
