Pros

*Nice people to work with amongst collegues. *overtime opportunity

Cons

*nepotism-employees hired because they are related to someone in administration *management putting presure only on some employees while others are being left to do whatever they want *promoting people with no skills as section leaders *if you have oppinions and tell them something is wrong you are on the black list *high targets whilst the stock is completly disorganized *injustice, discrimination based on nationality and gender *zero professionalism

Pros

It is a great company, we take good care of our people. Very nice place and ambient for working. Average salaries, and many opportunities for profesional growing. Very solid and with a powerful financial background.

Cons

We need a bigger size to compite, and we are still in that process.

É uma empresa grande, com vários escritórios espalhados pelo mundo, aposta muito em segurança e higiene no trabalho.

Cons

Até agora não vejo grandes sinais de valorização do capital humano, mas estando em fase de adaptação em Angola, creio que eventualmente vai melhorar
