      Pros

      My experience at Noble Schools has been uniformally positive. As someone who has dedicated their career to education, Noble exemplifies what's possible when schools are organized, and teachers are supported to really meet the needs of their students. I meet inspiring adults and amazing kids and families nearly every day.

      Cons

      Not so much a con, but working at Noble does mean you need to be open to feedback and be really reflective about your practice.

      Pros

      Noble is a stable, impactful place that is making a positive difference for students in Chicago. They offer a strong, affordable suite of benefits, you're working alongside other mission-aligned people, and the work you're doing together is actually moving the needle for student outcomes in Chicago.

      Cons

      The teacher salary is a little bit lower than what other districts offer, however, that is because Noble funnels resources towards materials (you don't buy your own supplies), and college resources and supports for our students. The work is not always a typical 9-5, but it is worth it because the results of everyone's collective efforts are making a positive difference for kids.
