Pros

1) The Noble Network is on the cutting edge of education. While it is a great network, we are always pushing and innovating 2) Statistically, it is by far the best option for HS students in Chicago. 3) Campuses are working hard to make the job more sustainable, and it is. 4) TONS of professional development, tons of support. 5) Opportunities for upward movement as a result of expansion 6) Competitive Salaries and opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Cons

I truly have nothing negative to say. If you care about closing the opportunity gap, work for Noble.

Pros

The Noble Network provides excellent support to teachers with administrators who may challenge but always support your decisions in the end, valuable professional development via Network gatherings and individual coaching from Deans of Instruction, and encouragement from a strong community of like-minded educators. Teachers also have tremendous autonomy over the classrooms.

Cons

The Noble Network's relentless drive for student achievement results in difficulties providing appropriate work-life balance for their employees. Additionally, wages are lower for teachers who work in the Network than in Chicago Public Schools due to budgetary constraints.
