Pros

People - Right from Recruiters to HR to VP, everyone were transparent and kind. Were always available to reach out for concerns and questions. Non immigrants Visa application was always done in premium with right documentation. Never heard of anyone in my work circle ending up with RFEs during the time I worked

Cons

Benefits were a bit disappointing. Comparative contractors at my workplace were providing better Health insurance and Paid Holidays. Pay was negotiated more than once by the Recruiter before joining. May be get a email confirmation the moment you agree on a pay.
