Pros

they are a 3 year old company, they are a consulting company with couple of direct clients, but they will also work on vendor companies. they have simple hiring process, recruiter call, hiring managar call and a tecnical assement. Everything was told and also given in writing on what to expect from the company. very transparant hiring process. they always pay on time, immigration support is good as well.

Cons

Salaries are not best, but decent enough since they are not the client. based on market conditions, i may have to rellocate to different cities.

Fake data entry jobs scams to beware of... Please don‘t believe on these scammers. I quitted my previous stable job for them and I have a lot of regrets

If you are from Mexico the only thing that I have to say is this... Keep in mind that all is gross in the USA, which could affect your income if your project is not in Texas and on-site. You are going to search for a project but It's not like Mexico, they're going to use Monster(job website) to search for jobs and you'll have some interviews, Noblesoft doesn't have clients, you are going to be the outsourcing of another outsourcing company AKA C2C and you only will have 3 months to find a project, if you didn't get one they could return you to Mexico.
