I have worked with this company for over a year now and I have never been a part of a company that truly cares and values the feedback and opinion of every employee within the company.

Innovative culture with leadership who cares, new ideas are encouraged (not shut down), extra care is taken to make you feel part of a great company New CEO is energetic, bold and inspirational

Cons

Data scientists and other SMEs can be egotistical at times, but overall Noblis has a culture of collaboration
