Unfortunately, with the recent organizational changes, the new leadership team may not yet have a full understanding of the distinctions between prompt engineering and AI agents. At times, there appears to be a gap between technical perspectives and strategic decision-making, which can make it challenging for engineering feedback to be fully considered. Aligning leadership decisions more closely with engineering expertise could help ensure that product direction remains technically sound and supports the long-term success of the products.
