Pros

Easy to keep getting promotions if you want to keep growing, decent bonus if your manager can manage to give to you (50k extra in stock, not included in review since it was one time). Pretty laid back work environment given we're on our 4th layoff wave.

Cons

Artificial caps on raises. If You receive promotions too quickly in succession You will earn less than people with spread out career. No real incentives to stay long term with Nokia - bonus is always uncertain, raises are low unless your manager can pull some strings, there is no quality culture - development teams work in Agile Scrum while management works in waterfall.
