Pros

Every other weekend off ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday )

Cons

12h shifts, little to no rotation, verry hot environment ( +27° ) and you are fully dress up, verry repetitive job, rude management, disgusting facilities, no benefits ( 4 sick days pay after 1 year in service, no maternity pay, no death in service pay, verry little yearly bonus and that is paid only if you not having any sick days, only 2 people on the shift are allowed to have holiday at the same time )

Pros

None: stay away from this job.

Cons

Where to begin? I just saw an advertisement for this position at Nolato on Youtube, and was compelled to leave a review, due to how insanely deceptive that commercial was. I worked in the Bethel VT location for almost a year. To advertise daily life at this location as anything other sweltering slave labor is wildly fraudulent. The "production facility" is a converted barn. It is NOT climate controlled, during the summer everyone was huddled around the few A/C vents like slaves hanging out of a car window, gasping for air and sweating profusely. From top to bottom, the people were HORRIBLE: toxic, immature, clannish, drug addicts and criminals, they conducted themselves like high school children, constantly gossiping and trash talking. Favoritism and nepotism were everywhere. I was, along with most everyone else, labeling, packing, and slinging boxes all day. There was no job growth or advancement opportunities of any kind. It was truly a dark and dismal place, the very definition of modern day slavery. I was harassed by a co-worker almost daily and was mocked by management and HR when I addressed them with my concerns. Do NOT be deceived by the fake advertising on Youtube: all warehouse jobs are terrible, but this one is particularly bad.

Pros

The people on the floor make this company survivable.

Cons

"Management" is completely out of touch with how things work in the real world. They still hire friends and family members before qualified candidates. They dismiss toxic, abusive behaviors of their friends claiming its because "they just had a bad day..." After submitting my resignation, the production manager yelled at everyone else, waited to speak with me about anything until after my last shift. Even then he was very standoffish and downright bullying.
