Pros

If you are young and need a job for a little while it is perfect, especially in fall during the festival time. You can make some cash and be involved with a local event.

Cons

If you are looking for longer term work think twice. Turn over is constant, especially in management, 14 managers in less than 4 years. Regular employee turn over is much higher. The owners run everything and they are not qualified managers. Employees have no one to go to for issues. I do have to bring this up because I have not come across this since school, (many,many years ago), but the gossiping that goes on from the very top down is so unprofessional.

I dont think there would be downsides only besides coming from school and being tired.

Cons

Some employes complain to much about those around them but they don't tend to be around to long.
