it's a place where who you know matters way more than what you know, and leadership hasn't shown any real interest in fixing that. Honestly, a lot of people leave for two main reasons: the pay doesn't come close to matching the work you put in, and some managers behave inappropriately toward employees, making vulgar or inappropriate comments with zero accountability.

Cons

Everything. They rather pay a lot of money to hire lawyers than give their employees a decent wage. Expect junior employees to bow to the higher ups (literally)
