When J&J sold NORAMCO, Management demonstrated unethical decisions/actions. They demonstrated unethical decisions that would have never been conducted while under the rule of Johnson and Johnson. Most of Management only concerned themselves with their own personal interest and self preservation. Performance evaluations were significantly inconsistent. Along the way, they would ignore or coverup unethical work behaviors. Promotions were granted to those who played the game and overlooked unethical behaviors.
This is not a Johnson & Johnson Company
