Stable, growing company with many job opportunities.
Cons
Will hire from within but only if you have a degree. Not much opportunity for individuals who put in their time on the manufacturing floor and learn their skill from the bottom up. The company was aquired almost five years ago and corporate is still trying to figure out how it fits into the overall family of companies. Very little planning on how to manage a custom product company compared to their existing "widget" factories.
