Pros
Really enjoyed my position and was challenged on a regular basis. I enjoyed the fast paced environment. Salary was fair for the job requirements.
Cons
It's retail. Some people there are trying to make a career of it, some are there for the employee discount. Working weekends isn't ideal for everyone. Ultimately not worth the salary.
