Pros

Work creatively on a small team with unique skill sets. Set schedule. People look up to you in the store and your work is always seen.

Cons

Small team, leads to little leeway. If collaborative team effort doesn’t exist, your someone else’s donkey. Tons and tons of labor! Impossible to contact anyone in support like HR or management. Since it’s a small team, you’re attacking your group and are attacked for speaking up. If one person on your team sucks, your whole team and work life will be intolerable. Visuals are the underbelly of the store and do the most work in the entire building. impossible to move up. you will not be a window dresser until years in, unless you’re in a small store.
