Pros

You get to see some cute clothes

Cons

Pay is very low, other department stores like Macy’s, Dillards pay more. You have to make commission and returns affect your pay. Management is shady and they walk around with their nose up. Employee discount is horrible. Others places give 25% and up and clothes are not as expensive. They praise the lazy workers. Too many people want to be a supervisor and not employees.

Pros

While employed the work life balance was good and I enjoyed my role. Pay was also decent.

Cons

Layoffs constantly happen. There is absolutley no job security, your whole team will just be dropped like a hat no matter the tenure or value. They put in place rules to make advancement impossible as well unless you are willing to relocate to HQ in Seattle. I weasled my way through keeping a job twice from layoffs, but then even those teams were eventually dismantled.
