Pros

Great Pay during the holidays, friendly work environment (depending on your department). Lack of structure means you can have a little more freedom how you manage your client book. Freedom to make decisions "using good judgement"

Cons

Poor work life balance, missing a day could mean a huge hit to your pay period (commission pay out). Managers do not get compensated fairly. Try to become a top seller instead of a manager. Get used to working every weekend. Get used to bs return policy. Get used to using your personal phone to text customers/clients even on days off.
