Turbulent time to join

Pros

Good variety of work. Individuals can be very supportive. Discount is nice and bonus payout past two years, but can't count on it every year.

Cons

Leadership is demanding AI usage whether it makes sense for the work you're doing or not. Culture of fear developing that's leading to more siloing and burnout. Backfill has been rare the past couple of years so most teams are understaffed, and corporate DEI efforts in tech have tapered off. Office does not have enough space for everyone but they're requiring 4 days in office.

Not a great place to work

Pros

You occasionally get gratis from the line you work for.

Cons

Schedule is rough. You rarely get holidays off and will work mostly mid-shifts and closing shifts.
