Pros

Family like team, warehouse events made work a bit more tolerable decent health benefits nice merch discounts

Cons

Work/Life balance was non-exsistent Can be a lot of drama because of the occasional rotten apple, especially this one female Steph. more work is added every quarter but no pay increase AP is also involved in a lot of departments they have no business in. Everything is about stats.

Pros

You get paid extra based on the sales you make, so you might make more money than your base pay.

Cons

It can get toxic with commission, miscommunication happens, and peers get frustrated. As a sales associate, you also have to spend time in the beginning learning about the products of the department you're in.
