Company is well respected. Customer interaction is rewarding. Great benefits - health, dental, vision, pet insurance, matched 401k

Cons

Return policy is too relaxed. Many customers take advantage of this. Not only does it affect our commission but we are required to handle all returns. Even customers wish our store had a return hub so that sales people can actually help buying customers.
