Pros

Helping people find clothing that they looked good in.

Cons

Terrible environment to work in, their sales tactics are awful and extremely predatory. If it's in the slower months or slower days and no one is coming in they still blame it on you and give you frequent meetings on how to sell more. The commission is a scam, and the returns WILL come back to bite you.
