Pros

Work from home and health insurance

Cons

The pay is horrible They say the use geographical location for pay, however they don’t update it annually. You are lucky to get 3% raise every year. No incentives. They will add more responsibilities to your job description and refuse compensation. They speak on employee rights. HR department does not help with being treated unfairly. This goes for employees and customers. I’m working at a new job from home making almost double what I made at Nordstrom and have an opportunity to make an extra $1000 a month in incentives. So far I’ve made $650 in incentives and have only been there a month and a half.
