Pros

Depending on your buy team, some can actually be great to work with. Free merch depending on the division you’re in.

Cons

There are so many other ABs and AAPs and so little associate jobs— it’s really competitive to grow within the buying office. Some buy teams are toxic and overwork their assistants. Return to office is a joke and people are only there to socialize. I was able to get way more work done at home.
