Pros

Good pay Other employees are (mostly) great store manager is kind, listens to feedback and always greets employees by name management provides support for team Trend show events can be very stressful, but very rewarding and fun! Training events from specific brands. An employee can cultivate cosmetic artistry skills

Cons

Pre sell (if you've ever worked in cosmetics, you know what this is.) long hours, nights, weekends, holidays pressure to make goals can be suffocating long hours in high heels!
