Great commissioned pay, good benefits, merchandise is great quality and trendy, easy to ask for time off or switch schedule with coworker if needed.

Cons

Very competitive, promotions and recognition is based off of how much you sell, customers can be rude and think they can get whatever they want because its Nordstrom.

good pay for retail. There is a lot of growth opportunity in the company if you are hard working and willing to put in the time.

Cons

It is a thankless and political job. Be prepared to have to put up with immature co-workers and uneducated bosses
