Pros

The pay is pretty good for South Florida.

Cons

They play favorites. You have to work inhumane hours. There is no balance between your personal life and work. You are expected to come in early and leave late every shift. Otherwise, you are not doing your job. There is no support at all, and you get talked down to all the time. It is a negative environment and drains all your joy. There is a lot of shady stuff that goes on at that store, but if you kiss the store manager's butt enough the other cheek is turned. Do not believe in the open door policy. It is a crock of crap.

Rankings suck

Pros

Pay is alright. Discount alright but could be better.

Cons

There are always opportunities because the company has a high turnover. Ranking system sucks. If your direct manager has a personal grudge, feels that you are not prepared to do the job when you are, or doesnt like you then it can affect your movement in the company. It would be nice if given a trial run but this doesnt happen. Politics politics in this company.
